COURSE SCHEDULE AND REGISTRATION

For AHA BLS/AC:S/PALS Bundle, this must be scheduled directly with the instructor.  Please click here to register and schedule today!

LATE POLICY

Students should contact the instructor prior to arriving late for any scheduled course.  Specific AHA courses have a required length and must begin at the scheduled time. Please note that being excessively late for a course may result in the student not being able to attend class and the refund/rescheduling policy will apply.

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS

Students will receive an email to make a payment after submitting a registration request (Third-party payment plans available for qualifying students).  Once payment is received, course enrollment is confirmed and we will see you in class!

Payments for completed courses where the student has already received their certification are non-refundable.  Payments for courses that that have not already been completed by the student are non-refundable except in cases of extenuating circumstances where a partial refund exception is approved.  A partial refund exception can be requested by any student experiencing extenuating circumstances and can be submitted by clicking here on the Partial Refund Request Form.  Students approved for a refund exception will receive a 50% refund of the course fee*.

Payment is required for all course enrollments to be considered confirmed and for the student to be added to the course schedule. This ensures that the instructor’s schedule is available for those students who are ready to proceed with their course.  Students who need to reschedule must adhere to the rescheduling policy (see below).  Any student who arrives excessively late for their scheduled course may have their course cancelled and is subjected to the rescheduling policy (see below).  It is advised for students to contact their instructor prior to arriving late so that the instructor can be made aware and advise them of any pertinent information.

*100% refunds are not available for courses, as all courses are non-refundable.  A partial refund is only available in cases where a partial refund exception is approved and the course was not started.

RESCHEDULING

Students may reschedule their course at any time up to 2 hours before their course begins, however, please reschedule your course(s) as much in advance as possible to allow for the timeslot to be available to other students.  Any student who does not reschedule their course within this forementioned timeframe and is unable to attend class will have their course cancelled and will not be refunded except in cases of extenuating circumstances.  A one-time rescheduling pass per enrollment is available for students who are experiencing extenuating circumstances and are unable to complete their confirmed course as scheduled.  Students can use email or phone to contact us to reschedule their course.  In cases of extenuating circumstances, it is advised for students to notify their instructor prior to any late arrivals or being unable to attend the course.  The instructor may be able to work with you or give you options to help you get rescheduled and back on track to getting certified.
